I accept returns exchanges and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
Returns
I only accept returns for earrings and personalised or custom items, that are faulty.
I accept returns for non-personalised items, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. In both instances please contact me first letting me know what the problem is within 7 days of receipt. When we have agreed the return, please send the item back within 14 days. If faulty please send a photo showing the fault.
I refund once I have received the item back in its original packaging. If you have changed your mind I cannot refund shipping costs.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unauthorised returns will be refused and not refunded.
Local Customers
Please be aware that due to my insurance policy I am unable to have customers visiting my premises - thank you for your understanding.
Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent please contact me prior to ordering to see if I am able to fulfill your order within the time required - I will do my utmost to assist but please contact me first.
Care instructions
Always check the care label prior to washing.
You can wash Cubbies teddies and blankies in a washing machine provided the stuffing pods are removed. Always check the care label prior to washing.
For cleaning tarnish from silver earring wires, I recommend only a specialist silver polishing cloth.
Payment
Please note payment is required in full before your order is processed.
I accept most major credit and debit card providers or via bank transfer.
Embroidery Production
Your digitised embroidery artwork and notions information will be held on file for future orders.
Pricing is subject to change until written approval on design is final.
Before we proceed with the production of your order, we will send you an artwork proof (photo) via email for your approval. We will not embroider onto garments before the proof had been approved by the customer.
Returns cannot be accepted for a refund unless we have made an error with the order or our work is deemed to be faulty. Please note that we will not accept any responsibility for any errors if they were included in the proof authorised by you and not highlighted by you prior to production.
We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit. Shipping Insurance requests to be agreed in writing.
Your items will be dispatched 7-10 days after receipt of garments from the supplier.
DISCLAIMER
We prefer to work on garments we obtain from our suppliers that have been tested and proven to provide quality embroidery, vinyl and transfer application.
Occasionally during the application process, a garment may be damaged or we may experience unexpected results applying decoration on untested material.
If we have supplied the garment or item and it is damaged, we will replace it. We cannot replace garments or items we have not provided. Your damaged piece will be returned to you as is.
Problems do not arisen often and we make every effort to ensure the equipment is properly maintained to avoid this occurrence, but the customer must be aware and agree to this possibility.
By proceeding with an order, the customer releases Samantha Simpson t/a Stitch Sparkle Love of all responsibility in the instance of damaged or unexpected results to the customer's supplied garment or item.
